Trevor Lawrence ranks ninth in the NFL in passing yards (3,901) and touchdowns (24). the former No. 1 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft was outstanding in the Week 14 matchup against the Titans, completing 71.4% of his passes for 368 yards and three touchdowns while adding one additional score on the ground. Respected money is investing that Lawrence will exploit a Titans’ secondary that ranks last in pass defense and surrenders a league-high 279.3 passing yards per game.
Evan Engram OVER 50.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
Respected money believes Lawrence’s top target from the Week 14 matchup, tight end Evan Engram, will once again receive a large target share Saturday. The veteran tight end hauled in 11 of 15 targets which resulted in a season-high 162 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The Titans have allowed the second-most (28) passing touchdowns and have struggled against tight ends, surrendering an average of 69.1 receiving yards to the position. Tennessee has allowed six tight ends to eclipse this projection this season and we know Lawrence will once again utilize a player who has averaged 88.3 receiving yards over the last four games.
Evan Engram Anytime Touchdown (+190)
Respected money has made Engram a ‘double-pop’ investment by targeting his ‘Anytime Touchdown’ market at healthy +190 odds. Engram has scored three touchdowns over his last five games and faces a Titans’ defense that has yielded eight passing touchdowns to tight ends. Expect Engram to get red zone targets against a Titans’ defense that has allowed two touchdowns to Dalton Schultz last week. Todd Downing’s game plan in Week 14 heavily involved Engram in the first meeting and we know won’t stop until the Titans prove they can stop it.
Chigoziem Okonkwo OVER 24.5 Receiving Yards (-118)
Rookie tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo has become an integral part of the Tennessee passing attack this season. Okonkwo, who is averaging 14.1 yards per reception, has three-plus receptions in five of his last six games. The pass-catching tight end has surpassed this projection in seven of his last nine games (77.8%) and finds a favorable matchup against a Jaguars’ defense that is allowing 62.6 receiving yards per game to tight ends. Jacksonville has allowed a whooping 17 tight ends to go beyond this number and will have difficulty preventing the rookie from joining that list for a second time this season. In the first matchup, Okonkwo hauled in all six targets for 45 yards and a touchdown.
