Luka Doncic’s NSFW Exchange With T-Wolves Fan in Game 5 Left Snoop Dogg Stunned

The Dallas Mavericks were not going to be stopped in Game 5 against the Minnesota Timberwolves, as the tandem of Luka Dončić and Kyrie Irving was dialed in offensively Thursday during what, barring a historic comeback, will be the closeout game of the Western Conference finals.

Holding a massive lead in the third quarter, Dončić wasn't shying away from hecklers in the crowd at the Target Center in Minneapolis. After making a difficult shot and drawing a foul at the basket, the 25-year-old could be overheard on the TNT broadcast clapping back at one of the hecklers.

"Yeah! Who's crying, motherf––er?" shouted Dončić, fired up after his and-one.

ESPN's Dave McMenamin reported that the fan to whom Dončić responded was making a crying baby gesture toward the Mavs guard.

Snoop Dogg was sitting courtside at the Target Center and he had a front row seat to the highlight-reel play and the eye-opening exchange that followed. Needless to say, he was loving the intensity and looked utterly stunned by what Dončić was doing.

At that point in the game, Dončić and Irving were nearly outscoring the Timberwolves as a duo, and the star guard was letting the opposing fan base hear it while dominating and ensuring their season would end on their own court.

You will use the Boogie Bombs as a grenade. You can throw them by using the target button to aim then the fire button to shoot it. You're basically doing the same as you would if you were shooting any other weapon.

When players get hit by these bombs, they will be unable to fire weapons, sprint, crouch, build, or use items at all for approximately 5 seconds. Not only will they be unable to function properly, but they will be forced to perform a specific dance that is attached to the Boogie Bomb. Therefore, this bomb can clearly give you the advantage towards your enemies.

Keep in mind that this item can be used on not only your enemies but yourself and teammates, so it is crucial you are careful when using it. If your target has been injured during their dance, the affect my last less than 5 seconds. This item has placed back in the game for Season 3 of Chapter 5 but it is not permanent, so be sure to take advantage of it while you can.

Kevin Harlan Impressed Reggie Miller With Perfect Call of Chaotic Sequence in Game 5

Things got a bit sloppy during the first quarter of Game 5 of the Western Conference finals between the Dallas Mavericks and Minnesota Timberwolves, as both teams turned the ball over on consecutive possessions leading to an utterly chaotic scene.

Fortunately for those viewing back at home, TNT's Kevin Harlan didn't miss a beat with his call, providing outstanding commentary of the moment in order to help fans better keep track of who had the ball amid the flurry of possession exchanges.

Even Reggie Miller had to take a moment to express his appreciation for Harlan's masterful call.

ALGS Split 2 Watch Guide — Schedule, Prize Pool, Format

The Apex Legends Global Series Year 4 is heading into Split 2! The Split 1 Playoffs resulted in Reject Winnity coming out on top and the action is continuing this weekend. Here's what's going down and how to watch the stream.

There will be 30 teams divided into three groups of 10, determined by past performances at the Split 1 Playoffs, Split 2 Pro League Qualifiers, and other tournaments from this season. These teams will compete in a triple round-robin format, meaning 36 matches in six series of six matches each.

The top 20 teams from each region by Regular Season points will then compete in an online Regional Finals on the last day of the Regular Season.

Teams will try to qualify for the Split 2 Playoffs by having great results. This will include:

There's a new element coming to Split 2 Pro League. EA has added POI Drafts, which allows teams to select their landing spot one at a time in a pre-determined order. The POI Drafts will be randomly seeded.

Banana Guard is super effective — your goal is to use ranged attacks to push enemies to the edge of the map and then us strong moves to get them off the ledge. You are basically trying to control the map with his spear and charging. You can also use Potassium and Protein to increase your knockback potential.

5. Harley Quinn

With Harley Quinn, you're just trying to do a lot of damage. She's an Assassin character that has both close-range and ranged attacks that has answers no matter where you are on the stage. Harley does a lot of damage and her kit is easy to understand overall.

Warriors’ Klay Thompson Appears Set to Hit Free Agency

One of the biggest question marks of the upcoming NBA offseason is Klay Thompson's future with the Golden State Warriors.

Thompson, 34, helped build a dynasty in the Bay Area after being selected by Golden State with the No. 11 pick of the 2011 NBA draft. Thirteen years and four championships later, Thompson is set to become an unrestricted free agent this summer with no contract extension in sight.

The Athletic's Anthony Slater reported Thursday that there has been "no notable movement" toward a contract extension between Thompson and the Warriors, meaning one-half of the franchise's Splash Brothers duo will likely hit the open market this summer.

Thompson could still sign with the Warriors in free agency. He has said many times that he wants to retire in a Warriors uniform. Shortly after Golden State's season-ending loss to the Sacramento Kings in the play-in game in April—a contest in which Thompson scored zero points on 0-for-10 shooting—coach Steve Kerr shared the same sentiment.

"He's still got good years left. We want him back," Kerr said of Thompson. "Obviously, there's business at hand, and that has to be addressed. ... What Klay has meant to this franchise, as good he still is, we desperately want him back."

The Warriors have plenty of work to do this offseason after getting bounced in the play-in tournament. They have a big decision to make on guard Chris Paul, who has a $30 million non-guaranteed option for 2024-25 that becomes guaranteed if he's not waived by June 28. Warriors owner Joe Lacob also would prefer to get out of the luxury tax, where Golden State has operated in recent years.

Thompson, who averaged 17.9 points per game and shot 38.7% from three-point range last season, is confident he still has a few seasons of good basketball left. Where he suits up to finish off the final chapters of his career will be decided in the coming months.

Caitlin Clark Talks Smack, Gets Technical After Nailing Three-Pointer vs. Storm

There have been plenty of people making a run at Caitlin Clark during her rookie season in the WNBA, as defenses hone in on the Indiana Fever's star guard as the focal point of their defensive game plan.

Clark hasn't been one to back down from the competition, however, and after draining a big three-pointer against the Seattle Storm on Thursday night, she could be seen getting face-to-face with one of her opponents.

While walking back on defense after her deep three, Clark could be seen jawing back and forth with Storm's Victoria Vivians. The pair got up close and in each other's faces before Aliyah Boston swooped in and pulled her teammate out of the situation.

Clark didn't look too pleased with Vivians as she turned to head back down the court, and they appeared to bump shoulders before being separated.

Officials assessed Vivians and Clark with double technical fouls and play resumed shortly after. Thursday's incident marks the second technical of the season for Indiana's prized rookie, having picked up her first in a game against the Connecticut Sun on May 20.

Timberwolves Coach Throws Shade at Mavericks, Refs Before Game 5

Just about 90 minutes before the opening tipoff of Game 5, Minnesota Timberwolves coach Chris Finch made sure to point out an issue he has with the Dallas Mavericks and the officials working the Western Conference finals.

Finch was asked by The Athletic's Jon Krawczynski what he would like to see Anthony Edwards do better while guarding Mavericks star Luka Dončić in Game 5.

"He does a better job getting through all those illegal screens they set for Luka," Finch said.

Timberwolves forward Jaden McDaniels, who was named to the All-NBA Defensive second team this season, primarily handled the matchup against Dončić over the first three games of the series. But the Wolves swapped the assignment in Game 4, switching McDaniels over to Kyrie Irving and putting Edwards on Dončić.

Dončić averaged 32.7 points over the first three games of the series and scored 28 in Game 4, but Edwards had noticeably more energy on the offensive end while not having to chase Irving around on defense.

Game 5 between the Timberwolves and Mavericks is set to tip off at 8:30 p.m. ET Thursday at Target Center.

Giants’ Darren Waller Drops Awkward Debut Music Video Amid NFL Retirement Decision

Darren Waller has yet to announce if he's going to retire from the NFL or play another season for the New York Giants. But he did make a decision this offseason—to drop a debut song and music video out of nowhere on Thursday.

Waller released a song with a full-fledged music video on YouTube called "Who Knew (Her Perspective)." The song's lyrics are mostly about healing from past relationships.

Waller filed for divorce in April after one year of marriage with Las Vegas Aces star Kelsey Plum.

The 31-year-old Waller wrapped up his eighth NFL season in 2023. In 12 games, Waller caught 52 passes for 552 yards and one touchdown while battling a hamstring injury.

The New York Post reported in March that Waller told Giants officials this offseason that he was contemplating retirement. As of late April, Waller was still undecided about his future on the gridiron.

Waller has three years remaining on his contract. He will make over $14 million if he plays again in 2024.
