Ex-Michigan Wolverines staffer Connor Stalions had an amazing seat at the Rose Bowl, because of course he did.
Former Michigan linebacker Chase Winovich posted an Instagram story on Monday showing Stalions enjoying himself in the lower half of the stands at the Rose Bowl game between the Wolverines and Alabama Crimson Tide.
In the video, Stalions was pictured resting on his laurels—perhaps a little too literally.
He was wearing a necklace made of roses over a Michigan hoodie, and when he looked at the camera, he delivered a playful smirk that made college football fans feel some type of way.
Some pointed out that his smirk looked like that of someone that got away with something. Others questioned why he was allowed in the stadium in the first place, considering Stalions’s involvement in Michigan’s alleged sign-stealing operation.
Michigan beat Alabama in a 27—20 overtime thriller and will face the Washington Huskies in the national championship game on January 8.
As for Stalions, he was dismissed from the Wolverines’ football program in November amid the NCAA’s investigation.
